Returns & Exchanges (Online or In Store)
We try hard to make it easy for you to find the right size and color, but we understand that sometimes things don't fit as expected, or that you might change your mind. Our return policy is simple:
60 Days in Original Condition with Receipt
- 60 Day Window: We will exchange or refund your money on items that were purchased within 60 days.
- Items in Original Condition: In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be accompanied by receipt, and be in original, unaltered, and undamaged condition with all tags intact.
- If you do not have your receipt: we will issue a store credit based on the lowest selling price of that item within the previous 90 days. Prep Connection reserves the right to refuse returns not accompanied by a receipt. (Please note that when placing an order through our website, you may create an online account where a record of your past orders may be found.)
Making Returns By Mail
Our standard return policy applies to items purchased in person or online. We do not charge shipping & handling on exchanges.
Please Note: To make returns easier for you, we no longer require a return authorization number.
If you plan to mail your return or exchange back to us, please follow the following steps:
- Send your return or exchange to us via an insured and traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx.
- Please include a copy of your receipt and a note explaining how you would like us to handle it (return, exchange, credit, etc.) Please be advised that Prep Connection cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged enroute. We recommend insuring packages for their full replacement value.

- 3-5 Day Processing Time: Returns and exchanges typically take approximately 3 - 5 days to be processed from date of receipt by our returns department. During peak back to school season, processing time may be longer. Please note that all exchanges will be shipped via ground without any additional charge. If you wish to have your exchange shipped via 2 Day Air or Overnight, there will be an additional charge based on the size of the exchange.
